Course was in great condition. Great value for 18 holes.

Paradise is in great shape. This is the best deal in the area.
fast greens
Had a short delay with starting (frozen greens) but then got out there and the pace of play was extremely fast.
There were some soft/wet areas but that was not the faullt of management. The greens had a tendency to roll out and when putting they were much faster from what I am usually playing, but they rolled true and had some sharp breaks. Management was very friendly . It is the type of course I would like to be a member of.

Paradise is a good test and the course is in great shape.
Play # 10 and #18 at your own risk. The driving range sets between these two holes. On #18 I felt like I was a skeet ducking buckshot, trying to hit my 2nd shot. Balls coming in from all around me. Dangerous!

Pace of play is terrible.
Look, this course fun and close to most people in Fayetteville, but is nothing to write home about. As of April 26, 2019, the greens at paradise valley are in excellent shape and are rolling nicely. The course would be really great, however, is plagued by its fairways that are really struggling and dead for the most part. Now for the dagger. The pace of play here is horrendous. So bad in fact that I ended up not playing the last 3 holes because a 4some in front of me would take nearly 30 minutes per hole.
Nice course with that money
I enjoyed to play. I wish there is a sign indicate to next hole. Need score card upgrade.
This course is still GREAT
I played this course in college and have always loved it. I am thrilled to find it in even better shape than I remember. Wonderful staff. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
Only issue
The course was almost perfect. My only issue was the greens were getting pretty beat up from either a lot of play or from people not repairing divots. If it’s the latter it really is ashame because it is a nice course I’d recommend to anyone.
Great course and great staff
Overall this course is beautiful and in great condition. The layout is incredible. First time to play here and I'll be back for sure. Loved the up and down terrain. Greens were perfect. Highly recommend.
The only negative was that it was "cart path only" because of the rain the night before. The staff treated me as if I was a member, most personable and professional. I was impressed.
Great value
The only negative was a couple of hiccups on course condition. Mostly in the rough (lots of hard pan, no grass. Not everywhere put in several places, with hole 18 the worst), and the green collars. The greens themselves were excellent.
