Could be really good
The course has a nice layout and some great views of the Ozarks, but tees are in bad shape and there is not much definition between fairways and rough. Greens were good, most are elevated. But areas leading to greens are not good. If some money was put into it, it could be a really nice course.
The front nine was comparatively easy, but the back nine was a solid test of golf; in face much tougher than I expected.
Nice course
We enjoyed our time. Tees, fairways, rough and greens all in great condition. I couldn't give the courses amenities a realistic rating as the pro shop was locked down due to COVID and we were the only people on the course as it was a bit chilly. This isn't resort quality like some in Branson but for a semi-private course we found it well maintained. Carts were in great condition as well. I would play again if in or near Eureka Springs. An excellent value for the price.
Hidden Gem
Great price!! Also had a 10:15 Tee time on a Saturday and never had to wait to hit a shot!!
Will be back!!
Holiday Island
Fairways are relatively narrow, which is common for a mountain course. The course was in good condition although the greens had been recently aerated. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the clubhouse was not open.; however, staff came outside to meet us. We enjoyed our round and would recommend this course to others. It was an excellent value with the Hot Deal.
Neighborhood course layout
My wife and I have played here before when we are in Eureka Springs. It’s a short course even from the tips. I used less than driver on about 40 percent of the par 4/5 holes. It’s narrow and sometimes slopes, so straight is better than long here. Smallish type greens that are often raised requires a decent short game. Overall, fun layout. Great gas golf carts. Very comfortable. No gps or coolers. Club house, grill and pro shop is closed to entering due to COVID restrictions. The driving range was closed and grill is outside only. So you had to stand outside until some one came out to take your money etc... we had our own cooler and bought drinks and they filled it with ice. Greens were in great shape.
Good course- no aireation warning
Course was good, I don't see how they found enough land on that mountain for a course but they did and the layout is good, roomy for a mountain top.
Played front 9 twice, back 9 was closed due to aireation, in the past GolfNow courses I've played posted a warning and a discount, this time neither.
Beautiful course
The course is a lot of fun to play and the surrounding scenery is really pretty. A lot of trees on the course and homes along the fairways, but the fairways are pretty open. Will definitely play again.
Good value
Challenging course for golfers with a fade. But we only played the front nine. Live in the area so looking forward to using the “Hot Deals” when possible.
Beautiful course and shaded areas, We only lost one ball!
Close to home
Great place to play in NWA
You better hit it straight or bring swim extra balls
Greens are in perfect shape
Fairways are also in great shape
Beautiful place
I really enjoyed my round. That place was gorgeous and a lot of fun. Pave of of play was great. Food and staff were great. It’s a great course for beginning to intermediate players. The driving range is the coolest by far that I’ve ever seen. It’s worth a look if you haven’t been.
