Valley at Marriott's Desert Springs Resort

Love both the courses at Desert springs. They differ from most courses in the valley as there is grass from tee to green. There are no desert waste areas. Still plenty of hazards, several “don’t go there” areas and enough variety to make it very interesting.

Valley course stretch of holes 4-8 are interesting and beautiful. Similarly in the back, 14,16 and 18 are scenic. 18 is one of my favorite holes, requiring 2 good shots for a chance at birdie.

Definitely worth playing.

Played the Valley course. It was in great shape. Pave of play was good and the staff was very friendly.

I had golfers hitting into us while on putting green. I have never seen groups of player so stacked. They must have been sending groups every five minutes.
They have NO forward or Red tee boxes, I asked Staff Members and was told it is because of Covid?

Although just coming out of their overseed, the course was in great shape. Was pleasantly surprised that it was not cart path only and had a great day of golf.
Greens were a little slow but again not in bad shape.
Overall a wonderful round.

It was all good and the course was very well maintained.

It was a beautiful day and there were very few people on the course. We finished in three and one half hours. We thought course was great.

Fun course to play. Course just opened up from
The over seed. Fairways and rough were lush and green. But the greens were still spongy and slow. Course wasn’t too challenging. Fair course with pretty features. Little pricey but overall enjoyed it. Only saw the beverage girl once, that was kind of a bummer. Pace of play was great. Played as a 3 sum and finished in 3:45.
