When I made our tee time on 11/8, I was informed by the female who answered the phone that afternoon prices started at 11:00 am and the price for each of us
(foursome] would be $25. less 10% for summer cards.
When we arrived at 11:45am for our tee time on 11/10 we were told that afternoon rates began at noon and our cost would be $29 plus tax. Needless to
say we were disappointed with the misinformation and
I was both angry and embarrassed because I was the one who made the tee time. If your staff is not aware of your price schedule, perhaps they shouldn't be answering the phone.
