TITLE, Great Golf at Pine Oaks Golf Coarse OCALA I recently moved to Florida and been playing Pine Oaks since December of 2014 upon moving here from PA, I like your coarse and you will be seeing me more than likely on a weekly basic, See you soon Glenn!!!!!!!!!

The greens have made a huge comeback in recent years, and now are just about perfect. Even the trouble greens are good. Patchwork on 4,5 and 17, but that did not interfere with play. Fairways are a bit bare in spots, but they have new carts and price is right. Since this is a city course with a disc golf course adjacent, there are no houses on course at all.

Didn't play this course last year because of inferior conditions in late fall of 2013. Conditions have not gotten better! Some greens were diseased and there was little, if any, fairway grass. Whatever grass there was is mostly brown and dormant with weeds. I will not play here again. This was a good municipal course 4-5 years ago but now $32 dollars for greens fees is insulting.

This being a local course I visit it about once every two months. The staff is always friendly and helpful! The course needs a little work especially on the greens. Overall it's a good value if you get a discounted rate.

No other course had our tee time so we played here. Apart from 3. Greens that need desperate attention the course was in good shape. Staff were excellent and they made the difference. So so weather....but beats work

The day we played it was below 60 degrees so all of their league play was canceled which opened the course up for us to play a 3.5 hour round. The course was in very good shape except for 2 greens on the front that had some bad areas. This was our most enjoyable round of the 6 we have played in the past 2 weeks while in this area. All the staff we met were very friendly and inviting.

I thought the course was well worth the money and the staff was very good.

First time playing this course. I didn't know what I was in for, but I have been looking for a course with water in the area for a while and the aerial photography for this course confirmed what I was looking for.
The course is a very well maintained municipal course, especially compared to some of the others in the area. Some of the greens had some bald spots which is a shame, but overall they were pretty quick. I enjoyed the undulation of the fairways and the challenge of going uphill on one of the par 5's. There were a couple of pretty memorable holes on the front nine, but the back nine was a bit lackluster, but to it's credit, played completely different from the front 9. I will definitely go again.
P.S. It was very refreshing that the pro shop area had an actual locker room that a person could change and the patio area was very neat.

I play regularly at Pine Oaks and the combination of extremely friendly staff and an always pleasant atmosphere makes for a relaxing day at the golf course.

Course was in great shape except for a couple of greens. Friendly staff. Great value with golf now price.

This is a nice course to play especially on 'hot deal' rates.

Played once couple weeks ago when greens had been sanded. Greens now are much better and getting faster. Layout is nice. Will play again. Need to check prices before booking on line.they had a special that was cheaper. Oh well

This is a very nice well kept local course that presents some challenges with good bang for the buck.

Very open course, however on some holes the oaks and water do come in play

Course was a little sloppy due to all the rain but fairways are nice. Greens are a little ragged in spots but overall very playable. Staff is excellent. A fun course to play.
