Value without Any Frills
This is a perfect place to practice the game in a very forgiving setting -- most people will encourage you to play a couple balls, and rate of play is never really a concern because it's hardly ever crowded and golfers will jump around to get a few holes in during whatever time they have - this is a haven for the beginning of people's golf journeys and for those who just want to play and not deal with stuffiness or attitude or handicap adjustments
Thanks for your feedback! We look forward to seeing you again at Columbus Park GC.

2 hours 45 min round
It’s a cpd course and pace of play is slow sometimes. But today was awful. People hitting into other groups. Not good.
Great round for the money
I have played Columbus 5 times this year and every time has been a great experience. The people I’m paired with have all been a pleasure. The grounds are fair and and pace of play is good.
Thank you so much for your review! We are happy to see you enjoyed our course. We value your feedback, and hope to see you back in the future.
Cheap Chicago City Course
I will be upfront, I like this course for the for the fact it's about $17 to $20 with pull cart that is a nice walk without being overly difficult or complicated. Most balls, even bad hit shots, have a good chance of being in play. Honestly what is wrong with that? I don't always need crazy greens to putting creeks 75-100 yards from the green. When you want to work on shot making and increasing consistency of hitting it properly, this is perfect. Let alone good opportunities for the short-game as well.
The only main negative is the condition of the fairways can be suspect in spots. It's a cheap course, and it shows at times. The greens and bunkers are usually fine, but the fairways are mix. That said, it's $17 to walk without a pull cart on a weekday. And they don't have annoying league night every day where you have to get one by 3:30, or 6:00pm. That is the only negative that stands out, but for a decent 2 hour round on foot, this works well.
Thank you so much for your review! We are so glad to hear you enjoy our course. We look forward to having you back in the future.
Most Improved
The course is Most Improved over what the offering was with the last company that managed it. Greens, are in almost excellent shape and run fast and true. Fairways are cut and blown like I play in N.C. area. will be my new practice course for this year.

Decent Course for the Money
This is a wide open, easy 9-hole course. It's a great spot to play if you're just starting out or not very good. I'm average, but just needed something easy and quick and it worked perfectly for that.
There's not much personality to the course or the greens, but again, it's golf and it won't challenge you too much if you're learning or not great at the game which is most of us.
Thank you so much for your review! We are so glad to hear you enjoyed our course. We look forward to having you back in the future.
Beginner’s Course
This curse is wide open so very suitable for a beginner. The tee boxes could be a little more well kept but the fairways are pretty good and the greens are nice. Definitely a fun course to play 9 on.
Thank you so much for your review! We are glad to hear you enjoyed our course. We look forward to having you back in the future.
Thanks for the great rating! We hope to have you back at Columbus Park Golf Course again sometime soon.
