Really crappy greens
The greens were more sand than green. It was very apparent that they hadn’t been maintained in a long time
Nice course
Overall, the course was nice. Beautiful surroundings. Only thing I have negative is the greens are patchy and need repaired.
Greens
The greens were among the worst I have ever seen.... it literally looks like someone sprayed weed killer on all 18 greens and there are craters everywhere ... not once did I have a non jumping putt even inside 3 feet....
Would be nice to have a sign or something that says Greens are under construction or something.... absolutely pathetic!!!
Fun
It’s a dang fun course, if the greens get better it would be a super nice place. Always a good time tho don’t let the greens make you feel less
Very disappointed
I’ve played this course for a few years now and it saddens me to see how it’s consistently gone downhill to the point of heartbreak. The greens were nothing shy of horrible. They were very rough and bumpy not to mention the bare dirt spots. It looks like between poor drainage and fungus, they just need to be redone from scratch. The tee boxes were basically dirt. The golf carts had HUGE holes in the seats. I’ve played backwoods municipal courses that were a million times better. The grounds keeping staff didn’t care if you were on the tee box or not, they literally drove across the fairway in the middle of my swing! The gentleman in the clubhouse (that was not a pro shop) was too busy on the phone to actually talk to me. Overall the worst golf experience I’ve had in a really long time. Very disappointing because I used to love playing this course.
Spring is here and we’ve had a rainy winter, but now it’s time to work on the Tee boxes fairways and greens. Weeds are getting out of hand
Really OK Course
This course is sorta short but always fun to play. Challenging holes throughout the course. Not worth the charged price.
Course conditions
Tee boxes horrible
Greens and fairways
Reflect that they do barr min
Fun course
Has a lot of challenging holes and plenty to use your driver. One of my local favorites. Can’t beat it for the money.
Baywood GC
It has been raining off and on for a few days and the course was cart path only but still playable. There were some muddy spots and a few balls plugged in the fairways but there also was some firm fairways where you got a little roll. Greens I would consider two putt greens, go ahead and try and make the first one but don't stress on the second since they were inconsistent and the ball could bounce/deflect either direction on the short ones. Summer time and dried out this course should be OK. I played the whites and many 8 irons or less into the greens.
