Not a bad course for the money. Alot of the locals seem to dislike this course (I'm a local, but new to the area) for some reason, but I thought it was conditioned better than most places you can play for under $35. The greens were decent in smoothness and speed, the fairways were well conditioned, and the bunkers were rock-free. There is, however, a Par 5 on the back nine that's design is questionable. It requires a very short lay-up, a tough position critical shot on the second shot. Very stupid hole, but overall the course is worth the money.
