A buddy of mine and i played at Gleneagle on a Tuesday at 6:45 am and it couldn't have been a better time! First off the course is very well kept, one of the nicer courses I have played in the Snohomish County area. Narrow fairways with copious houses are the name of the game here. With bunkers and water comming into play on almost every hole, it makes it pretty challanging. Oh yes, there is some rough on a few holes that will feed you some humble pie if you don't watch your drives. You do do a bit of walking from green to tee box at times, but otherwise a real pleasure to play. When you set up your tee time make sure to ask about the early bird special, because it is the best deal around!
