Green/Blue at Lipoma Firs Golf Course

I play here about 20 times a year and you could tell we have had alot of rain so far this year. The greens are really slow and you get zero roll on your drives. I will go back this year because i know it will play great as soon as it dries out.

I have played this course many times.They keep the greens and fairways in excellent shape most of the time.

Always a challenging course. A couple T-Boxes need some work but the greens have always been above average. The 18 hole course is good but the 27 holes it used to be was better :(

for early in the year, it's in great shape solid footing not a lot of mud greens are firm and fairways solid!!

Beautiful course with a view of Mt. Rainer in the backdrop. They used to have 27 holes, but just 18 now. For the price I paid on Golf Now, it's definitely worthwile. Fun and enjoyable course for all levels.

I play this course for the value and the great fall and winter conditions.

Hands down the best Fall/winter course to play anywhere in this area. The fairways are perfect and get run even after it pours and the greens are always in good shape. It doesn't matter how much it rains it always drains well. This course has always been our go to when we want to play on a good course that will play true no matter the weather. The only hole that doesn't drain well is 17 but 17 out of 18 is top notch!

In great condition the price was great I got on GolfNow for $15 18 holes of cart,, instead of having three nines there's only two nine left,, challenging course lots of tree narrow Fairway

When I was looking to book a round late Friday for Saturday I think this was a nice course to find a few openings on. But the construction and course conditions along with the higher rate showed me why it was so open. Not bad, just with the changes happening out there might be time to consider not being a >$30 round anymore

I loved everything about your courses, but there are not enough ball washers on the courses. There need to be more. On 9/10.16 there was only three washers available. One did not have any water, one did not have the holder for the balls, and one did work. NEED MORE BALL WASHERS.

Course is in pretty rough shape, not just the greens which were aerated. Think they are phasing this course out for residential construction. Very little water and mowing going on. But if you get the LastMinuteGolfer price it is a good place to work on your game. Shame because some the designs are really cool and challenging, just that course conditions shouldn't be part of the challenge.

Course was horrible. Paid only14$ with tax through Gokf Now. Greens were just airrated and there was no mention of that. But the fairways were horrible dead patches everywhere. They have closed one 9 down. Rocks in the fairways. Go somewhere else. It's not even worth what I paid. They need to invest in a new greens keeper or just shut down.

We had an awesome day! Continuous play and the staff was great.

First half of course was ok, except there were two different singles that hit into us (twosome) we let them pass. But on the back 9 it got stacked up 3 groups deep by hole 12. Went around and missed 2 holes.

Greens were nice, my ball is flying farther then ever.
